What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I contact them and then set up an initial appointment to inspect the project they have in mind to fix.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working for a major supply house years ago and then transitioned to a production manager with a company. After all that experience I knew it was time for me to put that to use for myself and my family.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with anyone willing to communicate and work together to achieve their goal for the project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would meet them and then do some research on them and their company. Also try and work with smaller local companies that bring more to the community than major corporations.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Try and get the contractor to explain the scope of work to you in detail and if possible with pictures, so you understand each step and how it will unfold!
